TECH NEWS: New Help Desk Program Replacing TroubleTrakker

In January, the Technology Department will be implementing a new Help Desk program. This program will be replacing TroubleTrakker, which has been used for years by the District. A video will be sent out, to assist all users, showing how to enter a new Tech Ticket. By switching to this program, we will have a better way to identify common issues that transpire throughout the District. This will allow us the opportunity to create training products that can provide a better level of support.
